NUISANCE AT NETHERBURY
From the Bridport News, 19th January 1872

William Studley, of Netherbury, pleaded not guilty to a charge of allowing a nuisance at Netherbury.—Mr. W. Macey, Inspector of Nuisances, at Netherbury, stated the nuisance complained of arose from a privy in defendants house, adjoining Mr. Pulman's cellar. The nuisance was ordered to be abated and alterations made to the satisfaction of the inspector.
