DORSETSHIRE

To be LET by TENDER, for a Term of Seven or Fourteen Years, All that commodious and convenient DWELLING HOUSE, and WATER GRIST MILL, BAKEHOUSE, &c. in good repair, having been lately built, together with Fourteen Acres of excellent Orchard, Arable, and Pasture LAND adjoining, situate at Clenham, in the Parish of Netherbury, late the Property of Mr, T. Lang, deceased. For a view and particulars, application to be made at the said Mill. —Tenders (post-paid) to be made to Mrs. Lang, at the aforefaid Mill, on or before the 1st November next

All Persons having any demands on the Estate or Effects of the late Mr. Lang are desired to send in their Accounts; and such as are indebted to the same are requested to pay the Amount to Mrs. Lang, at Clenham, aforefaid.

The above Premises are distant from Beaminster one mile, and Bridiport four; good Market Towns.
