In memory of JAMES CASE son of Daniel and Elizabeth Case who departed this life the 27th of May 1785 aged 15.

In memory of ELIZABETH sincere christian and the beloved wife of Daniel Case who departed this life July 22nd one thousand seven hundred and sixty nine, aged 58 years.

In memory of DANIEL CASE son of the aforesaid Daniel & Elizabeth Case who departed this life Agust 25th one thousand seven hundred and eith three in ye 28th y.... of ..age. Also of ELIZABETH their eldest daughter wife of Joshua Carter who departed this life June 26th 1818 in her .... years.
